职位描述: 1 处理原物料不良以及跟进供应商改善。 Deal with Not ok incoming material and follow up the quality improvement of suppliers.2 监督来料PPM ，掌握供应商品质状况。 Monitor PPM condition for incoming material，know well quality condition of suppliers.3 参与新项目开发阶段的供应商选择，评估，在新项目发展阶段提供必要的协同工作； Participate in project development and give recommendation to developmental team.4 供应商定期审核，帮助供应商提升质量体系及产品品质。 Audit supplier regularly and help supplier improve QS and product quality5 新产品检验指导书制作。 Make incoming inspection standard.6 规范供应商质量管理文件包括相应的零件认可，质量要求等 Standard supplier quality management documents including the corresponding parts, quality requirements, etc7 建立供应商质量目标以及监控供应商质量状况 Set up quality target of supplier and monitor supplier quality condition.8 跟踪过期料的情况并处理 Follow up condition of overdue raw material in stock and verification.9 供应商质量问题的处理和质量的持续改进 Supplier quality problem of processing and quality continuous improvement10 供应商绩效评估。 Supplier performance evaluation11 上级安排的其他任务 Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.任职要求：1. 机械，电子相关专业本科以上学历。Above bachelor degree for major in Mechanics，electronics or other relative.2. 接受过质量管理体系培训. 了解PPAP，APQP，SPC，MSA，FEMA 等工具 Participate in quality system’s training , Know well PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA ,FEMA and so on3. 有1年以上汽车行业供应商开发工作经验，其中2年以上质量管理工作经验。 More than 3years’ experience of supplier development and more than 2years’ experience of quality management.4. 熟悉企业产品制造及供应商选择管理流程 Know well the process of supplier selected and management5. 熟悉相关产品的工艺知识 Know well the knowledge of relative product process。6. 熟悉汽车行业质量体系规范以及能够运用相关规范审核供应商 Know well IATF16949 and can use relative Norm to audit supplier7. 具有很好的英语书面表达以及口头表达能力 Have good ability of writing and speaking in English8. 能承受一定的工作压力 Able to work under pressure
